Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the online community service provided by Daldabang (hereinafter "Service"), and define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Service and its users.

Article 2 – About the Service

Daldabang is an online platform for the Korean-American community, providing regional community boards, a buy/sell marketplace, job listings, real estate information, and more. The service is operated based in the state of Texas.

Article 3 – Account Registration

• Anyone aged 13 or older may register for an account.
• You must provide accurate information; any losses due to false information are your responsibility.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Sharing, transferring, or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only maintain one account.

Article 4 – Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Hate speech, discrimination, defamation, harassment, or abuse toward others
• Unauthorized collection or disclosure of personal information
• Spam, unauthorized advertising, fraud, or phishing
• Infringement of intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.)
• Sale of illegal goods or promotion of illegal services
• Hacking, distributing malware, or attacking service systems
• Posting inappropriate content targeting minors
• Impersonation or spreading false information
• Any other conduct that violates applicable law or public order

Article 5 – User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you post.
• Daldabang may use your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
• Content that violates these Terms may be removed or hidden without prior notice.
• Restoration of deleted content is not guaranteed.

Article 6 – Marketplace, Jobs & Real Estate

• Daldabang provides a platform for transactions between users and is not a direct party to any transaction.
• Daldabang is not responsible for the accuracy of listings for goods, jobs, or real estate.
• Disputes arising from transactions must be resolved between the parties involved.
• Please report any suspected fraudulent transactions immediately.

Article 7 – Service Interruptions & Changes

Daldabang may temporarily suspend the service for system maintenance, server issues, or force majeure events, and may modify or discontinue the service. Important changes will be announced in advance.

Article 8 – Account Suspension & Termination

• Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or permanently terminated without warning.
• You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
• Posts may be deleted or anonymized upon account termination.

Article 9 – Disclaimer

• Daldabang does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-posted information.
• Daldabang is not responsible for damages resulting from disputes between users.
• Daldabang is not liable for service outages caused by natural disasters, hacking, or other force majeure events.
• Users are responsible for any damages resulting from their use of the service.

Article 10 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

Article 11 – Changes to Terms

Daldabang may update these Terms as necessary. Users will be notified of changes through the service's announcement board at least 7 days before they take effect.
